General Partner

Mr. Clark focuses on investment opportunities in the cellular/PCS, wireline, broadband wireless sectors. Prior to joining M/C, he worked in Corporate Finance in the Global Telecommunications Group at Salomon Smith Barney, where he focused on M&A and fundraising activity in the wireline and wireless segments of the telecommunications industry.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lightower, Revol, Mobi PCS, Open Mobile, Public Mobile and Cellular One of East Texas.

Mr. Clark received a BBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a Masters in Accounting with distinction from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
