Mr. Pearce focuses on investments in a variety of media and communications industry segments. Previously, he worked at Morgan Stanley where he completed transactions across a number of sectors, including financial sponsors, media, communications and gaming.

He currently serves as a Board of Directors observer at AccentHealth and Corelink Data Centers.

Mr. Pearce received a BA from the University of Southern California.
